<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A wanted man is facing additional charges after police found him with marijuana on South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and Columbus Street Wednesday morning.</p><p>Police said at 8:17 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle with an expired Pennsylvania inspection. Officers then discovered that the driver, Mark Blosser, 40, had an active warrant for his arrest, according to police.</p><p>During Blosser&#8217;s arrest, officers found suspected marijuana and a glass smoking pipe in his possession, police said.</p><style>
