WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A city man faces a public drunkenness charge after police say he refused to leave a downtown bar.Joseph Holmes, 31, was charged after allegedly causing a disturbance inside the establishment.According to a police report:Officers were dispatched to Senunas Bar on North Main Street for the report of a male causing a disturbance. When they arrived Holmes was standing outside the bar. When approached, Holmes became belligerent and yelled profanities at the officers and patrons.Holmes was taken into custody and held at police headquarters until sober.
