MEADVILLE, Pa. (AP) — The former warden of a prison in northwestern Pennsylvania has pleaded guilty under a plea agreement to stealing $133,000 from a social club while he was the group's administrator. Timmy "Tim" Lewis pleaded guilty on Wednesday to stealing from Meadville Moose Lodge 2505 between 2011 and 2014. He faces up to a decade in prison at his Oct. 5 sentencing. As part of his plea agreement, Lewis must pay restitution of at least $123,588 to the club. Prosecutors and Lewis' defense attorney say a final restitution number will be determined later. Tim Lewis was suspended from his job as warden of the Crawford County Correctional Facility in March. He resigned in April. Lewis' wife, Debra, received six months of probation for her role in the thefts.
