HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — A man has been ordered to stand trial in the death of a central Pennsylvania mother of five who authorities said was stabbed and strangled with a bicycle chain. PennLive.com (http://bit.ly/2c2QLM1 ) reports that a Dauphin County district judge ruled that there was enough evidence to send the case against 56-year-old Archie Lee Wright to county court for trial. Wright is charged with criminal homicide and evidence-tampering in the May death of his estranged girlfriend, 37-year-old Tomicka Stubbs of Swatara Township, just outside of Harrisburg. Defense attorney Paul Kovach unsuccessfully sought dismissal of the homicide charge, calling the evidence presented "circumstantial."
