<p>The Upper Valley Eye Bank will hold it&#8217;s first meeting for the 2016-2017 season at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Plains Pavilion, Clark Lane, hosted by the Plains Lions Club. Bring collected eye glasses. The next meeting will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, at Theo&#8217;s Metro, 596 Mercer Ave., Kingston, hosted by the Forty Fort Lions Club.
