<p>Goodwill Industries of Northeastern Pennsylvania hosted a time capsule burial Friday, Sept. 2, 2016, which was the last ceremony in a series of events concluding the rededication of North Scranton Junior High School, now known as Goodwill at North, Gerald T. Langan Apartments. Guests of the event included Friends of Goodwill, elected officials and residents of the new apartments at North. Participants, from left, are: Quartermaster Wolly Evans of VFW Post 25, Goodwill President/CEO Gerald Langan, Scranton Mayor William Courtright, Goodwill Board Chairperson Frances Kovaleski, Lackawanna County Commissioner Patrick O&#8217;Malley and Senior Vice Commander Vince Carden of VFW Post 25.</p><style>
