NEW CASTLE, Pa. (AP) — Emergency crews have found no victims inside a western Pennsylvania house fire where crews initially feared three men may be trapped inside. WTAE-TV reported the incident was occurring Thursday morning in Shenango Township, Lawrence County. That's near New Castle, about 45 miles northwest of Pittsburgh. The TV station says neighbors were trying to rescue the men before firefighters arrived. But a reporter from the New Castle News has tweeted from the scene that no victims have been found. It was not immediately clear what started the fire. It was reported about 7 a.m.
