<p>AVOCA &#8212; The 2015 county borough taxes have been mailed. Office hours are 5 to 6 p.m. on Mondays, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. rebate only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If paying by mail and a receipt is needed, send entire bill with a self addressed stamped envelope payable to Therese Wrubel, 129 Factory St., Avoca, PA 18641.</p><p>Garbage sticker fees can also be paid at the municipal building during the above hours. If paying garbage fee by mail, make payable to Avoca Borough and include a self addressed stamped envelope with payment and send to the above listed address.</p>
