Penn State loses Nyeem Wartman-White for the season

<p>DUNMORE &#8212; Mark Loughney&#8217;s paintings feature some of the most prolific figures in the history of jam music.</p><p>Artists like Trey Anastasio and Bob Weir are depicted in Loughney&#8217;s work, which is based on the photography of Grateful Dead &#8220;official&#8221; photographer Jay Blakesberg. The exhibition, entitled &#8220;JAMFAN,&#8221; displays 20 of Loughney&#8217;s paintings and drawings from Oct. 1 through Nov. 1 at The Wonderstone Gallery, 100 North Blakely St., Dunmore.</p><p>An opening reception takes place from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 1.</p><p>A news release from The Wonderstone Gallery said the exhibition will be of particular interest to fans of the Grateful Dead and the music festival scene.</p><p>Blakesberg, the release said, is aware of the show and gave his &#8220;kind blessings&#8221; to the art depicted in it.</p><p>For more information, visit the gallery website at thewonderstonegallery@outlook.com or call 570-344-2360.</p><style>
