STROUDSBURG, Pa. (AP) — An eastern Pennsylvania man must spend up to 23 years in prison for causing a crash that eventually killed his girlfriend shortly after her son graduated from high school. That is, if authorities can ever find him. The Pocono Record (http://bit.ly/2cZotEm ) says 48-year-old Kirk Randler was a no-show for his sentencing Tuesday in Monroe County. He's been a fugitive since he fled just before his vehicular homicide trial started in March, and ended with him being convicted in absentia. Prosecutors say Randall was speeding with Katrina Strausser and her sons, Gunner and Rick, in his car when it crashed into another car head-on in June 2014. Forty-two-year-old Katrina was badly hurt and taken off life support the next day. She was 42.
