Tax Foundation: Pennsylvania ranks 24th in tax competitiveness

<p>The Back Mountain Chamber&#8217;s Cultural Event Committee held its fourth-annual signature musical showcase with over 300 guests in attendance. Jimmy and the Parrots, a Jimmy Buffett tribute band, provided entertainment and Eddie Day Pashinski was this years special honoree.
