AAA: Average gas prices didn’t budge overnight, are down slightly from last week

<p>Commuters on Interstate 81 could encounter some traffic due to a crash that happened earlier this morning.</p><p>PennDOT spokesman James May said a two-vehicle crashed happened on I-81 northbound near mile marker 165 shortly before 7 a.m. this morning.</p><p>May said the shoulder was still closed as crews cleared the crash, but as of 8:40 a.m., has been reopened.</p><p>The Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a> indicates that there are areas of minor and heavy congestion in the area where the crash occurred.</p><style>
