WVC Girls Volleyball: Hanover holds on for five-set victory over Meyers

Alison Francis scored a hat trick and Sam Mazula assisted on the last two goals as Dallas dunked Hazleton Area, 4-0, in a Wyoming Valley Conference girls soccer game Monday at Dallas High School.Rachel Nelligan stopped the only shot against her to preserve the shutout for the Mountaineers.Francis scored the only goal of the first half and added two more in the second half as Dallas pulled away.Paige Bonin made 16 saves for the Cougars.Lake-Lehman 3, Coughlin 1MacKenzie Love scored the first goal just over 21 minutes into the first half and added an assist on the second score as the Black Knights won an exhibition game.Abby Paczewski and Chloe Weaver added goals for Lehman in the second half.
