<p>KINGSTON &#8212; At least one person was killed and at least one other was injured in a two-car crash that closed part of Wyoming Avenue on Wednesday night.</p><p>Kingston and Edwardsville police, as well as Kingston fire and EMS personnel, worked the crash scene. Luzerne County Coroner Bill Lisman was on the scene, as well as a county detective.</p><p>Lisman confirmed one man died as a result of the accident. Kingston Police Chief Michael Krzywicki said the man was in his mid-40s.</p><p>The crash was reported at 6:53 p.m., according to Luzerne County 911.</p><p>Krzywicki said one of his officers witnessed some of the crash activity, as the Kingston police station is across the street from DLP Law Offices, where the Cadillac ETC came to rest.</p><p>&#8220;He was pulling out of the station,&#8221; Krzywicki said of the officer.</p><p>One female was taken to a local hospital with &#8220;very little injury,&#8221; Kryzwicki confirmed.</p><p>Witnesses at the scene who did not want to provide their names said a white Cadillac was driving south on Wyoming Avenue, proceeded through a signaled intersection at Division Street, sped up and struck a street sign.</p><p>The witnesses said the car flipped over several times, struck the back of a silver Hyundai Tucson, went over the curb of the northbound side of Wyoming Avenue, and came to rest on the walkway of the law offices.</p><p>Speed is still an undetermined factor, Kryzwicki said.</p><p>Wyoming Avenue between Division and Reynolds streets, as well as the intersection of Price Street and Wyoming Avenue, was shut down while Pennsylvania State Police reconstructed the scene.</p><p>Kryzwicki said he expected Wyoming Avenue to be closed until 10 p.m.</p><style>
