Electronics, jewelry reported stolen from Wilkes-Barre residence

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Two men are facing drug charges stemming from a traffic stop on Sept. 29.</p><p>Police said that at 11:51 p.m. on Sept. 29, an officer on patrol stopped a vehicle on South Pennsylvania Avenue for a vehicle violation. The vehicle was occupied by Charles Carey, 26, of Wilkes-Barre Township, and Isaiah Hurry, 18, of Plymouth, according to police.</p><p>Police allege a bag of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia were subsequently discovered.</p><p>Both Carey and Hurry are charged with possession of a controlled substance.</p><style>
