Trumps says quitting is not an option; Dems attack

<p>I recently saw a campaign commercial for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, portraying her as an advocate for children from the time she was a young college student to the present.</p><p>It states she is &#8220;fighting for children to have better lives to live up to their God-given potential&#8221; and &#8220;she is not stopping now.&#8221;</p><p>This saddens and sickens me, as the facts of her stance on life issues are: She voted for partial-birth abortion. She supports funding (with taxpayer dollars) organizations that perform abortions. She supports Roe v. Wade, allowing abortions for any reason and during all nine months of pregnancy. She will appoint only justices to the Supreme Court to see that it is kept law.</p><p>Please remember, a child&#8217;s life begins at conception. In the womb at four weeks, the baby&#8217;s heart is beating. A lot of potential is forming. By 11 weeks all the body&#8217;s organ systems are in place and active. Science and ultrasounds show this to be true, and all this is happening before the mother can even feel the child within move.</p><p>But it is a baby. It must be protected, fulfilling its potential by being allowed to be born. This is a child whom Clinton cannot promise she will fight for, but we can stop her on Election Day.</p><p><strong>Nancy Restaino</strong></p><p>Shavertown</p><style>
