<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A man who reported his car stolen is facing public intoxication charges, according to police.</p><p>Police said that at 4:20 a.m. Sunday, Leonardo Orjuela, 35, of Luzerne, reported his car stolen in the area of Riverside Drive. Upon arrival, officers allegedly found Orjuela highly intoxicated on the curb. Orjuela also urinated himself, according to the police report.</p><p>Police said Orjuela&#8217;s vehicle was not far from where he was.</p><p>Orjuela was arrested for public intoxication and held until he could be safely released.</p><style>
