<p>The Wilkes-Barre Township Police Department has issued a traffic advisory for the Donald Trump rally tonight at the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza.</p><p>Expect significant congestion from 2:30 to 7:30 p.m. and then 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. near the arena, including Highland Park Boulevard, Exit 168 off Interstate 81, Route 309 and Mundy Street around the Wyoming Valley Mall.</p><p>There also will be a temporary road closure of Highland Park Boulevard in both directions from Mundy Street to the Interstate 81 on/off ramps before and immediately after the event.</p><p>The rally, which is free, starts at 7 p.m., and doors open at 4. Tickets aren&#8217;t required for admission, which will be on a first-come, first-served basis until the arena&#8217;s capacity is reached (approximately 10,000 people). The floor is standing-room only. Event parking at the Mohegan Sun Arena is $10 and is cash sales only when arriving at the lot.</p><p>Cameras, cell phones, video and audio recording devices are permitted. No professional lens cameras or detachable lens cameras.
