<p>The West Side Career and Technology Center (WSCTC) has selected the inaugural Titan of the Month recipient for September to be Jose Rodriguez, a senior in the electrical program. This award acknowledges a student who promotes WSCTC and demonstrates pride in themselves and the school. He, along with four other participants, planned and installed the electrical wiring needed to hang lighting and ceiling fans in the newly renovated West Side Caf&#233;.
