AAA: Local, state average gas prices are up a few cents from last week

<p>Sunny skies and slightly warmer temperatures are expected in the Wyoming Valley this weekend, and rain could return by Sunday night.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated it was 37 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, and fair skies were reported.</p><p>Sunny skies are expected today, with a high near 60. Clear skies will follow into tonight, with a low around 37.</p><p>Patchy frost is possible before 8 a.m. on Saturday &#8212; otherwise, mostly sunny skies are expected. The high will be near 63.</p><p>Mostly clear skies will follow into Saturday night, with a low around 54.</p><p>Partly sunny skies will round out the weekend on Sunday, with a high near 68. Mostly cloudy skies will follow into Sunday night, along with a 40 percent chance of showers.
