Gov. Wolf announces $2 million allocation for downtown Wilkes-Barre

<p>The Wells Fargo Foundation donated $5,000 to Wyoming Seminary to support academically talented students in northeastern Pennsylvania who otherwise would not have the opportunity to attend the school.
