<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; An early morning traffic stop resulted in a warrant arrest Friday morning.</p><p>According to police, at approximately 12:39 a.m., a patrol officer stopped a vehicle operated by Josue Cortes, 22, of Wilkes-Barre, for a traffic violation.</p><p>There was an outstanding warrant for Cortes for burglary from the Pennsylvania State Police, Wyoming.</p><p>Police said Cortes also had suspected marijuana in his possession.</p><style>

Traffic stop leads to warrant arrest
