Planned Parenthood celebrates centennial as its foes bristle

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Wilkes-Barre man involved in a motor vehicle crash Friday evening has died.</p><p>George Miller, 46, was pronounced dead at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Plains Township on Friday, Dan Hughes, of Luzerne County Coroner&#8217;s Office, said.</p><p>Miller, who was in a wheelchair, was struck by a vehicle going south on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard around 6:30 p.m. The Ford then collided with a Chevrolet. No one in either vehicle was injured.</p><p>Miller was taken from the scene in an ambulance to Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Township.</p><p>Hughes said Miller died from multiple traumatic injuries suffered in the crash. Parts of the wheelchair could be seen scattered on the roadway following the crash, and two city police accident reconstructionists were on scene &#8220;as a precaution,&#8221; Wilkes-Barre City Police Sgt. Doug Wolfe said.</p><p>Police said Saturday that the crash was still under investigation.</p><style>
