<p>Vice President and Scranton native Joe Biden is coming to Luzerne County on Friday afternoon, according to a press release from the campaign of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.</p><p>Biden will be speaking at a Luzerne County venue yet to be determined, the release said.</p><p>&#8220;Vice President Biden will lay out the high stakes of November&#8217;s election for Pennsylvania families and highlight Clinton&#8217;s vision for an America that is stronger together, with an economy that works for everyone, not just those at the top,&#8221; according to the release.</p><p>Members of the public interested in attending the event can sign up at <a href="https://www.hillaryclinton.com/events/view/ES7FBVMJHVTCJ3VN/" target="_blank">Clinton&#8217;s campaign website.</a></p><p>Details for the event will be released later in the week, according to the campaign.</p><style>
