LAKE TWP. &#8212; A Lake Township resident was notified recently that a Transco/Williams pipeline in his backyard registered an anomaly and crews were at his home on Saturday replacing 25 feet of pipeline, according to Dave Baloga.Baloga said he bought the property over 30 years ago with knowledge of the pipeline on his property.According to Baloga, Transco has also proposed the Atlantic Sunrise pipeline for placement in his backyard, and he has been fighting to keep it out.Baloga is glad that the company is monitoring the pipeline, which he says dates back to the 1950s.He said the gas flow to his property had been completely turned off as of Saturday.<div class="metaInfo"><bylineMeta>By Times Leader staff</bylineMeta></div>
