Ohio dad of girl who was starved, beaten gets death sentence

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A woman is facing a disorderly conduct charge following a domestic dispute, according to police.</p><p>Police said officers were dispatched to a residence on Howard Street at 7:48 a.m. Sunday for a report of a domestic dispute. While officers were on the scene, Maricela Tlatenchi, 35, of Wilkes-Barre, was allegedly advised to leave the residence as she does not reside there.</p><p>While leaving, Tlatenchi allegedly slapped a male and continued yelling threats despite being told by officers to stop.</p><p>She was then cited for disorderly conduct.</p><style>
