Police: Three masked men stole items from residence

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A man that was allegedly found passed out is facing drug possession charges, according to police.</p><p>Police said that Daniel Horgan, 47, of Wilkes-Barre, was found passed out in the area of East Main Street at 12:44 a.m. on Wednesday. Horgan allegedly had crack cocaine and a glass pipe in his possession.</p><p>Horgan was arrested, and possession of a controlled substance charges have been filed in District Court 11-1-02.</p><style>
