Elias is the grandson of Lisa Applegate and Robert Peterson, Wilkes-Barre and Laura Kleedorfer, Bethlehem. He is the great-grandson of the late Linda Yuskoski, Rockport, Massachusetts and the late Shirley Vine, Bethlehem. Elias has two brothers and two sisters.</p><style>
