Food facility is using/offering for sale foods prepared in an unapproved private home. The facility pulled the chocolate chip cheesecake bars and creamsicle fluff from the refrigeration unit and took the food items home for personal use. Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration. The facility purchased sanitizer test strips during this inspection. Observed a buildup of black mold-like residue on the ice chute on the beverage machine. Ice dispensing shut down and chute will be cleaned. Observed clean pots stored directly on the floor, and not 6 inches above the floor.
