Our Opinion: Reuse Meyers High School in Wilkes-Barre as regional school for the arts

<p>The Hanover Travelers Group embarked on a &#8220;Mystery Bus Trip&#8221; ending in the southern state of Virginia&#8217;s historic capital city of Richmond.
