<p>Scranton ranks as the 228th-best baseball city in the nation, according to a survey by WalletHub, a personal-finance website.</p><p>The survey, which ranks 361 of the largest U.S. cities, had at least one professional or college baseball team &#8212; grouped by division &#8212; based on 25 key indicators of baseball-fan friendliness. They range from performance level of team(s) to average ticket price for a game and stadium accessibility.</p><p>Of the 158 minor-league cities, the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders&#8217; home park of PNC Field in Moosic, Lackawanna County, came in at 82nd, trailing other Pennsylvania baseball cities such as State College, Harrisburg, Altoona and Williamsport.</p><p>Reading ranks 124th among minor-league baseball cities and 296th overall, while Allentown&#8217;s Coca-Cola Park, which is home to the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs, is 132nd among minor-league teams and 273th overall.</p><div class="metaInfo"><bylineMeta><p>Times Leader</p></bylineMeta></div><div class="metaInfo"><shirttailMeta></shirttailMeta></div>
