Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins hand Albany its first loss of the season

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police Wednesday reported Michael Frazier, 44, of Harrison Avenue, Scranton was taken into custody after a traffic stop.</p><p>Police said Frazier was stopped around 2 p.m. on Hazle Street and had in his possession a metal pipe with burnt residue consistent with the use of crack cocaine. He was booked at police headquarters on charges of driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia and released to the state parole department.</p><style>
