AAA: Wilkes-Barre’s average gas price up 4 cents from last week

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police are searching for a teenage girl that was reported missing Wednesday.</p><p>Police said Savannah Mince, 13, was reported missing by her mother at 4:47 a.m. Wednesday. Mince&#8217;s mother told police that Mince did not come home after going to school at GAR Memorial High School.</p><p>Mince&#8217;s brother also told police she was last seen with a female only known to him as &#8220;Lacy.&#8221;</p><p>Mince is described as a white, Hispanic female that is 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair. The police report did not provide any further description or a photo of Mince.</p><p>Anyone with information on Mince&#8217;s whereabouts are asked to contact the Wilkes-Barre City Police Department at 570-208-4200.</p><style>
