Our Opinion: Voters, there’s more on Luzerne County ballot than you might realize

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Wilkes-Barre man was arrested on Public Square at about 2:30 p.m. Saturday after he was reported to have been following someone.</p><p>James Jackson, 28, was found to be wanted on robbery charges and was apprehended after the warrant was confirmed, according to police.</p><p>Jackson was allegedly also in possession of drug paraphernalia.</p><p>He was remanded to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.</p><style>
