Police: Officers respond to report of vehicle fully engulfed in flames

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police say a vehicle parked on Conwell Street was broken into and a firearm was stolen from inside.</p><p>Police said that at 3 a.m. Sunday, the victim reported that the windows of his Chevrolet Impala were smashed. The victim also reported that a firearm was stolen from inside the vehicle.</p><p>The police report did not indicate what type of gun was allegedly stolen.</p><style>
