Daytime tunnel maintenance to impact traffic on I-476 in Carbon County

<p>PLYMOUTH TWP. &#8212; Tools were reported stolen from the site of the Pikes Creek Dam Restoration project by staff members of Allegheny Restoration and Performance Construction, Inc., contracted to complete work there.</p><p>Over $21,000 in tools were stolen between Friday and Monday, according to a Pennsylvania State Police press release.</p><p>Thieves broke into several locked tools boxes, and removed numerous tools, including drills, hammer drills, circular saws, chop saws, mixing drills and concrete tools. A generator, two pressure washers and a blower were also stolen, according to the report.</p><style>
