Daytime tunnel maintenance to impact traffic on turnpike Wednesday

<p>BEAR CREEK TWP. &#8212; An autopsy was performed Tuesday on a woman&#8217;s body <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/news/local/602526/body-discovered-in-bear-creek-township-deemed-homicide" target="_blank">found off White Haven Road Monday night</a> as officials continue to probe the discovery, according to state police.</p><p>The Pennsylvania State Police deemed the incident a &#8220;homicide,&#8221; following their response to the scene. The state police issued a news release on Tuesday that said results of the autopsy will not be released until lab tests are finished.</p><p>Police said the deceased had dark colored/grayish hair.</p><p>Anyone with information about the identify of the female is asked to call Pennsylvania State Police at 570-697-2000.</p><style>
