Rain, cooler temperatures expected in the Wyoming Valley into the weekend

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A woman who was a passenger in a vehicle stopped by police was arrested Tuesday for allegedly having an active warrant for her arrest.</p><p>Police said Kimberly Andrews, 46, of Wilkes-Barre, was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped by an officer at 1:45 a.m. Tuesday on North Hancock Street.</p><p>Police said Andrews had an active warrant for her arrest, but the police report did not provide further information. Police also allege Andrews had drug paraphernalia in her possession.</p><p>Andrews was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.</p><style>
