<p>HANOVER TWP. &#8212; A man is facing a slew of drug-related charges as a result of an investigation by the Luzerne County District Attorney&#8217;s Drug Task Force.</p><p>Richard Sweeney, 31, was arrested at about 4 p.m. Wednesday after a month-long operation by the task force, according to a news release. The operation included the alleged purchasing of crack cocaine and heroin, the release stated.</p><p>Officers recovered 300 packets of heroin with a Lions Head stamp that has been linked to heroin overdoses throughout the county, according to the news release.</p><p>Sweeney faces five counts of delivery of a controlled substance, five counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, three counts of possession of heroin, two counts of possession of crack cocaine, and three counts of criminal use of a communication facility.</p><p>Sweeney was arraigned on his charges before Magisterial District Judge Joseph Halesey, and is jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $200,000 bail.</p><style>
