<p>Music Choice officially kicked off the holiday season on its popular music channel Sounds of the Seasons. Now through Jan. 12, Sounds of the Seasons will flip its format to contemporary non-stop holiday music.</p><p>This year, the station will tweak its format from traditional holiday classics to the newest and catchiest holiday hits by pop&#8217;s hottest artists, mixed in with a few of the biggest classics of all time to appeal to fans of all ages. The popular station will feature such contemporary favorites including: Ariana Grande &#8221;Santa Tell Me,&#8221; Seal &#8221;This Christmas,&#8221; Train &#8221;Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas,&#8221; Pentatonix &#8221;Hallelujah,&#8221; Michael Buble &#8221;I&#8217;ll Be Home For Christmas,&#8221; and many more. The upbeat format can also be found on mobile devices on the Music Channel tab under Sounds of the Seasons: Holiday.</p><p>Damon Williams, SVP of Programming, Strategy and Partnerships said: &#8221;60 percent of our viewers tune-in to Sounds of the Seasons weekly during the holidays. The demand for the channel grows year over year because of our Programming team&#8217;s handpicked curation. This year consumers can look forward to a more upbeat mix of music to compliment any holiday gathering. We cherish the opportunity to be the curators of a holiday soundtrack that sets the perfect mood for our listeners.&#8221;</p><p>Fans of the traditional holiday music fear not. Traditional tunes can still be found on the Music Choice App or website by authenticating and clicking on the ALL X-MAS Music Channel. This station is available all year round and plays classic and contemporary Christmas music.</p><p>On Demand, consumers will be treated to their favorite holiday videos starting Monday, Nov. 28. Holiday videos will be available on Music Choice On Demand under the Holiday Hits and Holiday Hits Vol. 2 sections. Holiday videos include Brian McKnight &#8221;The Christmas Song,&#8221; Chris Brown &#8221;This Christmas,&#8221; Justin Bieber &#8221;Mistletoe,&#8221; Mariah Carey &#8221;All I Want For Christmas Is You&#8221; and more.</p><p>A sprinkling of holiday music will also air on Music Choice&#8217;s Soft Rock, R&amp;B Soul, Pop + Country and Romances Music Channels starting Monday, Dec. 19.
