<p>SCRANTON &#8212; Details for Vice President Joe Biden&#8217;s appearance in Scranton were released by the Hillary Clinton campaign Friday.</p><p>Biden will campaign for the Democratic nominee for president Sunday at Johnson College&#8217;s Moffat Student Center on North Main Avenue. Biden is expected to speak from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Doors to the event for the public event will open at 9:45 a.m.</p><style>
