PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Police say a man has been arrested in connection with the theft of three laptop computers from the car of campaign workers for Hillary Clinton. Fox 29 reports (http://bit.ly/2fodjdw) that police have taken a 27-year-old man into custody at his Philadelphia home and the laptops have been recovered. It happened on Saturday. Police say the theft was random and the man didn't know the workers' affiliation with the Clinton campaign. Four campaign workers had parked their car on a street near Interstate 95 and the Delaware River Friday night and gone to a restaurant. They returned to find the rear passenger window broken and three backpacks gone.
