<p>Raymond Ceccotti, senior vice president at The Honesdale National Bank, has been elected to serve a two-year term as chairman of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association&#8217;s Group Three, representing the eight counties in Northeastern Pennsylvania.</p><p>Ceccotti has 32 years of banking experience and is specifically responsible for branch administration and retail banking at HNB.</p><p>In addition to his responsibilities at HNB, he is the president of the advisory board for the Devereux Pocono Center, president of the Metro Action Program. He serves on the board of directors and executive committee of the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce, is a board member of the Capital Development Committee for the Valley Community Library, serves on the Scranton-Lackawanna Human Development (SLHDA) Coat Committee and is a member of the UNICO Scranton Chapter.</p><style>
