<p>A new sign of the times is ready to be installed at the Best Western Plus Genetti Hotel &amp; Conference Center in downtown Wilkes-Barre. Workers Monday swapped out the old for an updated version to mark the company&#8217;s branding change and the hotel&#8217;s upgrade to a Best Western Plus. The hotel now features more amenities, from its restaurant to lodging and other services.</p><style>
