He will oversee business development and risk management.</p><p>Sordoni is part of the fourth generation of active family management for the business his great-grandfather founded in 1910. Prior to joining the firm, he served as the vice president of Upland Corporation, a family office and holding company with diversified investments in real estate, technology and alternative investments.</p><style>
