Wyoming Valley West goes for inaugural D2-5A title

<p>DUPONT &#8212; Pennsylvania American Water announced Friday that contractors will begin work on Monday that will result in traffic detours.</p><p>The work will take place along Main Street in Dupont. Crews will be installing a new 12-inch water main under the Reading Blue Mountain and Northern Railroad crossing. The project will take approximately two to three weeks to complete, and is estimated to cost $225,000.</p><p>Main Street will be closed between Curtain and Coolidge streets, with a detour in place. Work will take place between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The road will remain closed during the entirety of the project.</p><p>No disruptions to customers&#8217; water service are expected during the construction.</p><style>
