<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A city man is facing a slew of charges after allegedly speeding through Sherman Hills.</p><p>According to police:</p><p>Officers observed Raheem Hobson, 35, of Hickory Street, exiting the apartment complex at a high rate of speed at 10:40 p.m. Oct. 31 causing pedestrians to quickly move out of the way.</p><p>When questioned by officers, Hobson could not provide officers any reason why he was there. Police observed a small amount of marijuana and a small empty wax packet used to store heroin.</p><p>Multiple traffic citations, criminal trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of small amount of marijuana charges were filed.</p><style>
