Letter to the Editor: Backlash to Donald Trump’s election is appropriate, considering his behavior

<p>Dear Pennsylvania,</p><p>You have never met me and probably never will. Nonetheless, I feel compelled to thank voters in the state for what you did for me on Nov. 8. In an incredible watershed moment for our beloved country, I watched as you Donald Trump voters cast your ballots and saved our dying country.</p><p>That&#8217;s what you did. You saved our country.</p><p>You did for me what I am unable to do in my hopelessly brainwashed liberal state of California.</p><p>The debt you are owed, by every patriotic American, is so great, it can never be repaid. Indeed, like the brave, Colonial minutemen of old, you answered the call. You repelled the tyranny of the liberal progressive enemy that was rapidly bringing this great nation to its knees.</p><p>With tears in my eyes, and gratitude in my heart, thank you for saving the United States and changing the course of world history for the better.</p><p><strong>Caroline Abate</strong></p><p>Goleta, Calif.</p><style>
