<p>Morning fog could affect Wyoming Valley drivers out for Small Business Saturday</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated it was 38 degrees as of 7:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, and overcast conditions was reported, with visibility at 3 miles.</p><p>There is a chance of showers before noon, then cloudy with a high near 44 Patchy drizzle with a chance of showers before noon, then a slight chance of showers after noon. Patchy fog before 11am. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 44 degrees.</p><p>Tonight there is slight chance of rain and snow showers before 1 a.m., then a slight chance of snow showers between 1 and 2 a.m. Mostly cloudy with a low around 33.</p><p>Sunday will be partly sunny, with a high near 42. Sunday night will be partly cloudy with a low around 28.</p><p>Sunshine will continue Monday with a high near 46.
