<p>DANVILLE &#8212; For the second consecutive year, Geisinger Center for Aesthetics and Cosmetic Surgery has been named a Guardian of Excellence Award winner by Press Ganey Associates, a provider of patient experience measurement for health care organizations.</p><p>The Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award recognizes top-performing health care organizations that have consistently achieved the 95th percentile or above in performance in patient experience. Honoring the top 5 percent of Press Ganey clients for each reporting period during one year, the award is a nationally-recognized symbol of achievement in health care.</p><p>The Center for Aesthetics and Cosmetic Surgery employs board-certified plastic and facial plastic surgeons, and offers cosmetic surgical options and minimally-invasive aesthetic services. Staff attributed this recognition to its team approach in creating a supportive and caring experience throughout the process for patients.</p><p>Thomas Bitterly, M.D., a board-certified plastic surgeon and director of Geisinger&#8217;s Plastic/Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery, accepted the award at the 2016 Press Ganey National Client Conference.</p><style>
